摘要
蜡梅花从中蕾至花盛开时,花内SOD和CAT活性均保持较高水平.在花盛开时,维生素C含量达最高,脯氨酸含量亦保持较高水平.它们的共同作用可防止活性氧积累对细胞的伤害,因此膜脂过氧化产物MDA和脂质氢过氧化物含量较低,电导率和A280亦较低,保证了花的正常发育.花盛开后,SOD活性继续降低,CAT活性和维生素C及脯氨酸含量迅速降低,表明花内活性氧清除能力下降,脂质氢过氧化物和MDA含量迅速升高,电导率和A280亦明显增加,从而加速了花的衰老,实验结果表明,促进腊梅花衰老的活性氧可能是OH,O2等.
he SOD and CAT activity maintatined higher level from middle bud to fully opened flower.When the flower fully opened Vit C content attained highest,and proline content maintained higher level.They could protect cells against oxidative damage cused by the active oxygen species,then the products of lipid peroxidation MDA and lipid hydroperoxides attained lower level,the amount of soluble substande leaking out of floweres into the water and A 280 value was lower,therefore it could promote the normal development of flower.After the fully opened flower,the SOD activity continued decreasing,CAT activity,Vit C and proline content decreased rapidly.The results showed that scavenging activity in floweres decreased,the accumulation of active oxygen species in flower excited the peroxidation of membrane lipids increasing rapidly,the content of lipid hydroperoxides and MDA increased sharply,the electrical conductivity and A 280 increased markedly,it quickened the sene scence of flower.The experiment result showed that the substances of active oxygen in promoting the senescence of Chimonanthus praecox flower can be OH, 1O 2 etc.
