摘要
应用I-DEAS软件在工作站上对6105Q型柴油机曲轴进行有限元分析.利用1/4曲拐有限元模型分析了曲轴的弯曲应力,并对不同边界条件进行了研究,计算了安全系数,探讨了曲轴结构参数的优化设计,提出了改进方案.
With the aids of the workstation,the analysis of the crankshaft for the Model 6105Q diesel engine is proceeded using I DEAS program.An one fouth crankthrow FE model is used to analyze the crankshaft bend stress taking account of different boundary conditions.Fatigue safety factors are calculated based on the numerical solution of the FE analysis.The optimical design of the parameters of the crankshaft is studied and improved schemes are put forward.
