摘要
目的探讨侧卧位在输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2004年3月至2008年3月采用侧卧位输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者163例的临床资料：单发结石156例，多发结石7例，结石最大径8～20mm。结果平均手术时间35min（20～50min），平均住院时间6d（5～7d），总碎石成功率95．7％（156／163）。结论侧卧位输尿管镜取石术在治疗输尿管上段结石时能提高碎石成功率，安全有效，侧卧位是进行输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的理想体位。
Objectives To study the clinical value of lateral decubitus ureteroscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi. Methods We reviewed the data of 163 cases with upper urinary calculi treated by lateral decubitus ureteroscopic lithotripsy from March 2004 to March 2008. 156 cases had single stone and 7 cases had multiple stones. The diameter of the stones ranged from 8 mm to 20 mm. Results The mean operation time was 35 min （20-50 min）. The mean hospitalization stay of the patients who underwent onestage operation was 6 days （5-7 days）. The calculi clearance rate was totally 95.7%（156/163）. Conclusions Lateral decubitus ureteroscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi could gain higher calculi clearance rate. It is safe and effective. Lateral decubitus is a good body position to perform reteroscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi .
