摘要
分析了油纸绝缘结构击穿的过程,介绍了U型油纸绝缘电流互感器的绝缘结构特点,设计了绝缘电流不平衡保护装置,该装置利用了油纸绝缘结构在击穿过程中末屏电流的变化得到不平衡电流信号,并把这一电流信号传送给在线监测设备,从而实现了电流互感器绝缘在线监测功能,为正立式油纸绝缘电流互感器绝缘贯穿性击穿的早期预防提供了可靠依据,弥补了电流互感器须定期检修的不足。
This paper analyzes the process of oil-paper insulation breakdown, introduces the insulation structure characteristics of U-model oil-immersed current transformers, and designs the unbalance current protect device. This device obtains unbalance signal by way of making use of the current changing due to partial insulation trouble during the breakdown, and transmits this current signal to the on-line monitoring equipment, thus achieving the on-line insulation monitoring of the current transformer, providing a reliable basis for the early prevention of the insulation breakdown of current transformer and avoid the fault of current transformer due to insttfficient period maintenance.
