摘要
介绍了目前国内外对新一代功能材料改性瓜环的研究进展,并对改性瓜环进行了分类,归纳了改性瓜环单体的种类及改性瓜环合成的2种方法,即直接法和间接法;介绍了分离的2种方法,即柱色谱法和重结晶法,并指出了各种方法的特点。认为合成瓜环研究可以从设计活性强、取代基团小的瓜环单体,选择不同的催化试剂、模板试剂来控制瓜环副产物及不同聚合度瓜环的比例;在瓜环的混合溶液里加入不同的客体,利用包结后形成的超分子溶解度的差异,使超分子沉淀、结晶,实现分离。
The development of the new function material compounds-modified cucurbit nurils at home and abroad was introduced,and it was classified according to the composition of modified cucurbit nurils.The categories of cucurbit nuril monomers and two ways for the synthesis of it were reviewed,i.e.direct way and indirect way.Two separation methods of it and the characteristics of them were also introduced,i.e.column chromatography and recrystallization method.It was suggested that the study of the synthesis of cucurbitnuril could start from the design of cucurbitnuril monomer with strong activity and small substituent group,selection of different catalysts and template reagents to control the ratio of side product and cucurbit nuril of different degree of polymerization,addition of different objects into the mixed cucurbit nuril solution and use of the resolution difference of supermolecular formed after inclusion to make the supermolecular precipitating and crystallizing,and at last separation was realized.
