摘要
分析了西安市区水荒的成因是：水资源较少、城市发展过快与水污染严重等。提出解决缺水问题的主要途径是：建立“串珠状”城市供水系统；节约用水与污水资源化；控制市区发展规模。指出解决水资源与水环境问题是实现可持续发展的主要内容。
The cause of formation of water deficiency and the scarcity of water resource is analyzed.Cities expand quickly and water pollution is serious. It is necessary to settle water problem,to build water supply cluster of reservoirs,use water economically and, control region developmental scale.Solving the problem of water resource and water environment is the main content for realizing sustainable development.
