摘要
教育结果公平的本质,并不是需要每个来自不同背景的学生在学业成绩上完全的平等,而是将教育无法控制的那部分变量排除了之后,只考虑教育系统自身的变量对学习成绩所造成的影响是平等的,这部分的平等才是真正意义上的教育结果的公平。教育结果公平作为一个量化的指标,不仅可以评价教育结果本身,还可以对教育起点、教育过程进行评价和衡量,作为一个结果指标检验教育起点和教育过程实施的效果。
The essence of equity of education outcome is not necessarily that all students who are from different backgrounds are absolutely equal in their school achievement, but to exclude the part of variables that are uncontrollable in education, and only consider that the influence on the academic performance caused by the own variables of educational system is equal, and this part ofequality is the equity of educational outcome in its true sense. As a quantized index, the equity of education outcome can not only evaluate education outcome itself, but also evaluate and measure educational starting point and educational process, as welt as examine how the effect of the implementation of educational starting point and educational process as an outcome index.
