Detection and analysis of Salmonella bacillus among employees in food/public place as bacteria carrier

摘要 目的:了解食品及公共场所从业人员沙门菌带菌、感染状况,以便加强行业卫生管理,防控肠道带菌而引起的食物中毒和肠道传染病的发生。方法:肛拭采样传统培养鉴定法对本市2007-2008年度食品及公共场所从业人员进行健康带菌检测。结果:沙门菌带菌总阳性率0.460%(165/35847);各月份阳性检出率在0-1.342%之间,以9月份最高1.342%;年龄间检出呈现高年龄组向低年龄组逐一降低之趋势(50-60岁组0.787%逐一降低至16-20岁组0.270%);男性检出率0.544%,女性0.318%;组间、性别间均有非常显著差异(P〈0.01)。检出菌株鉴定为5个血清群,19个血清型;22株未能分出型别,占13.2%。菌群以B群为主,占62.4%;其余C1群占18.2%、C2群占8.5%、E1群占6.7%、D群4.2%。菌型以德尔卑沙门菌为主,占43.1%;阿贡纳、猪霍乱沙门菌次之,分别占14.8%、9.9%。结论:沙门菌在本市食品及公共场所从业人员中有较高的带菌率,是一个潜在的危险传染源,应予高度重视。 Objective: To clarify the employees engaged food/public place as the carrier infected Salmonella bacillus in order to strengthening food security,and environment sanitation,prevent food poisoning and intestinal tract infectious diseases occurrence.Methods:The anus cotton probe to get the samples,bacteria culture as rule for the employees engaged food/public place in Wuzhou City,Guangxi,China within 20072008 in physical examination.Results:The Salmonella bacillus detected is 0.460%(165/35847) in total;among the various months,the detected rate were between 01.342%,the highest is 1.342% in September.As the age distribution,the detected rate in elder age group is higher than the younger age group(5060 year old group 0.787%,gradually reduce to 0.270% in 1620 year old group);the detected rate 0.544% in male,and 0.318% in female;among the age group,the sex group there have very significant difference(P〈0.01).As to the Salmonella bacillus strains,detected 5 blood serum groups,19 bloodserums types;22 strains can not be recognized for 13.2%.the Salmonella bacillus B group detected for 62.4%,C1 group detected for 18.2%,C2 groups detected for 8.5%,E1 groups detected for 6.7%,D group detected for 4.2%.The figures indicated that the infection mainly by S.derby,accounted for 43.1%;the S.auona for 14.8% and the S.Choleraesuis(Swine) for 9.9%.Conclusion:The Salmonella bacillus detected rate in the employees engaged food/public place in this city is higher which is a latent dangerous agent of infection,should pay serious attention to control.
