摘要
本文提出了一种新的基于第二代开关电流技术的模式识别模糊处理器.它采用“加权求和一求大”模糊操作对输人的特征进行处理.同时,为了提高该处理器的自适应能力,并拓展其应用领域,将综合函数中的权重设计为可调节的.该模糊处理器是电流型的,它的核心单元──累加器是基于第二代开关电流技术实现的,以提高系统性能.我们采用单层金属、单层多晶的2μmN阱标准数字CMOS超大规模集成电路工艺成功制作了该累加器电路.实验结果表明,该电路功能正确,性能较好,可以满足处理器的性能要求.
A novel fuzzy processor baed on second generation switched-current (SI) technology for pattern recognition is proposed. It employs'weighted SUM-MAX'fuzzy operation to process inputting features. In order to improve adaptability of this system and extend its application field,weights of synthetic function are able to be adjusted. The proposed processor is current-mode. The accumulator is composed of second generation SI circuits,so the performance of system is good. The accumulator is fabricated in single-metal single-poly 2μm-N well digital CMOS VLSI process. The experimental results show that the circuit works correctly and has good performance.
