摘要
通过机理分析和已有的数据资料,建立了描述原料奶中细菌数量随时间和温度变化的数学模型,并做出了相应的曲线拟合.为了能快速方便地判断原料奶的质量,给出了模型的简化形式.通过统计分析,得出所建立的模型能很好地预测原料奶中细菌的增殖情况.
In this paper, a mathematic model describing the change of bacterial numbers in raw milk with temperature and time is established, through the mechanism of analysis and by analyzing some data, and the corresponding fitting curve is given. In order to determine the quality of raw milk conveniently and quickly, a simplified model is given. Through the statistical analysis, the model can predict well the bacterial growth in raw milk.
