摘要
主要探讨了两种扩链剂对废旧PC回收料(废旧PC饮水瓶)的扩链改性应用。通过扩链前后聚合物的流变性能、力学性能的比较和分析,研究两种不同活性扩链剂和不同含量扩链剂对回收PC性能的影响。结果表明:选用扩链剂RPS-1005能有效地扩展回收PC的分子链,对回收PC有一定的增黏作用,提高扩链改性的效果,扩链后样品的力学性能特别是冲击性能得到较大的提高。
The influence of different chemistry-active chain extenders and varying content on rheologic behaviors, mechanical behaviors,thermal properties of recycled waste PC were studied. The results showed that the chain extender RPS- 1005 was more effective to extend the chain of PC and to increase the molecular weight of PC than ADR-4386. After modified with chain extenders,the mechanical behaviors and thermal stability of the recycled PC were improved.
