摘要
通过分析香港公屋的发展历程、规划建设实例、管理模式三个方面,带来一些有益的启示:吸取香港公屋的优点,固化户型设计,规模化建设保障性住房;在选址方面注重公共交通的便捷性,配套设施应齐全便利;宏观管理中要有明确的机构、严格的制度、透明的政策、积极创新的投融资机制等。
The analysis of Hong Kong public housing on its development course, construction, planning and design as well as its mode of management gives us some beneficial enlightenment： 1.solidifying unit type design and constructing indemnificatory house on a large scale; 2. paying attention in site selection to the convenience of public communication, and to the completeness and serviceability of supporting facilities; 3.providing macro-administration with definite organization, strict institutions, transparent policy, positive and inno. vative mechanism for investment and financing.
