摘要
为研究重组人白介素-2注射液对大鼠实验性慢性支气管炎的预防作用,使用烟熏法建立大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,选取3种阳性药物做对照。重组人白介素-2注射液预防给药对慢性支气管炎的发生、发展有一定的预防作用。
To investigate the precautionary effect of recombinant human interleukin- 2 injection on chronic bronchitis,the rat model of chronic bronchitis was established by passively exposing to smoke. Three kinds of drugs were selected as control. Precautionary effect of recombinant human interleukin- 2 injection on chronic bronchitis was proved.
