急性白血病化疗后骨髓抑制期继发皮肤血管炎一例并文献复习

摘要 患者女，27岁。2004年4月我院确诊急性非淋巴细胞白血病～M6型，经多次化疗白血病均未缓解，病程中呈现重度贫血，既往乙肝小三阳病史.2004年7月28日起予IA方案化疗，注射用盐酸伊达比星（商品名：善唯达）20mg第1天至第2天，10mg第3天；阿糖胞苷（Ara—C）200mg第1天至第7天。化疗结束后第1天（8月4日）患者左侧膝部出现一枚出血斑，直径2～3cm，
