摘要
水热法合成的BaTiO3粉体具有超细、高纯等特点,从而能够使PTCR热敏电阻器的制备工艺相对简化,并有利于获得较好性能的PTCR电阻器。本文采用水热法合成的BaTiO3粉体制备PTCR陶瓷。研究了不同添加剂对材料性能及微观结构的影响。
igh purity and ultrafine BaTiO_3 power is prepared by hydrothermal synthesis With the powder, PTC thermistors of excellent properties can be obtained with simplified process. The effect of additives on the properties and microstructure of PTC material and sintered morphology are discussed(1 ref)
