摘要
目的研究瑞士乳杆菌(Lactobacillus helveticus)及其发酵产物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法给小鼠灌服乳酸菌样品后,对其免疫功能指标进行测定,主要包括小鼠免疫器官指数(脾脏和胸腺),巨噬细胞吞噬功能,脾淋巴细胞增殖功能,NK细胞活性功能以及血清中IgG的含量。结果瑞士乳杆菌活菌液及其发酵乳清能够显著提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,显著的激活B淋巴细胞活性,同时瑞士乳杆菌发酵乳清还可以显著增加血清中IgG的含量。结论瑞士乳杆菌活菌液及其发酵乳清对特异性细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能以及非特异性免疫功能均有明显的促进作用,能够增强小鼠免疫功能,效果强于其细胞裂解液及普通酸乳。瑞士乳杆菌的免疫活性成分既包括菌体所含细胞壁成分,也包括其代谢产物。
Objective To study the effects of Lactobacillus helveticus and its fermentation product on immune function in mice. Method The mice were fed with Lactobacillus helveticus and the index of immune organs (thymus and spleen), functions of macrophage, lymphocyte proliferation response, the activity of NK cell and the level of IgG in serum were determined in vivo. Results L.helveticus living bacteria liquid and its whey could promote functions of macrophage, enhance proliferation of B lymphocyte, and increase the levels of serum IgG. Conclusion L.helveticus living bacteria liquid and its whey can remarkably enhance immune function in mice such as cellular immunity, humoral immunity and non-specific immunity. The immunoactive constituents of LactobaciUus helveticus include its cell wall constituents and metabolites.
