摘要
采用中温EGSB工艺处理VC生产废水,考察了碱度、抑制物浓度、有机负荷、上升流速等因素对反应器处理效果的影响。结果表明:当进水碱度>800 mgCaCO3/L、上升流速为2.5m/h时,COD容积负荷最终稳定在16.3 kg/(m3.d),对COD的去除率>75%,水质得到极大改善;试验结束时,颗粒污泥的沉降速率为50.9 m/h、比产甲烷活性为244.11 mL/(gVSS.d)、污泥负荷为2.34 gCOD/(gVSS.d)。
The expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) process was used to treat vitamin C (VC) wastewater at medium temperature. The influences of alkalinity, inhibitor concentration, organic loading rate, up-flow velocity and some other factors on the treatment effect were investigated. The results show that when the influent alkalinity is above 800 mgCaCO3/L, and the up-flow velocity is about 2.5 m/h, the volumetric loading rate of COD is up to 16.3 kgCOD/(m^3·d) , and the total COD removal rate can reach above 75%. The water quality is improved greatly. At the end of experiment, the settling velocity of granular sludge is 50.9 m/h, the specific methanogenic activity is 244.11 mL/(gVSS·d) , and the sludge loading rate is 2.34 gCOD/( gVSS ·d).
