统计数学在PVC分厂管理中的应用

摘要 采用统计数学中的帕累托原理分析氯乙烯单体流量稳定率的制约因素,采取相应的措施后,流量稳定率提高4.4%,PVC树脂产量大幅度提高;采用线性回归法分析了影响PVC树脂质量的因素,应用散布图在分散剂和PVC树脂表观密度的相互关联中找出相应的影响关系,利用安全费用和安全度之间的函数关系找出安全度最合适、安全投资最少的点,提高了安全效益。 The restricting factors to the flow stability of vinyl chloride monomer was analyzed by using the Pareto theory of statistical mathematics. After adopting corresponding methods, the flow stability was improved by 4.4% and the output of PVC resin was increased greatly. Factors of influencig the quality of PVC resin were analyzed by linear regression method. The corresponding influence trend was found in the relationship of dispersers with the apparent dencity of PVC through scatter diagram. The point of the most suitable safety and the least safe investment was found by using the function of safety cost and safety degree, and thus the safety effects were improved.
