摘要
美国的海运、陆运及空运的基础设施是世界上最发达的，作为世界第一大经济体，其货物运输量，无论是国内的运输，还是进出口货物运输，都是世界上最繁忙的。大量的货物运输中，自然有相当数量属于危险货物。
June 11 this year, the American Society of Transportation and Logistics, INC. (AST&L) and Beijing Dangerous Good Management (China) Ltd. (DGM China) jointly organized a 'Sino-US exchange of dangerous goods transport safety.' Mr. Ryan Paquet, was invited to the meeting and introduced the transport of dangerous goods management, institutions and legislation of the U. S. government and so on, leaving the delegates a deep impression on him. After listening to Ryan's speech and careful consideration of transport of dangerous goods rules and regulations of the United States, the author feels that the management of dangerous goods of the United States is worth learning from.
