摘要 使用多次曝光制作啁啾布拉格光纤光栅的方法,通过此种方法,目前已研制出啁啾光纤光栅的时延量大于2600ps,时延纹波小于30ps,光纤光栅反射谱的平坦度小于0.25dB,制成的FBG很适合远距离光通信系统。 Through multi-exposure to design the production of chirped fiber Bragg grating method, this method has been developed chirp fiber grating delay larger than 2600ps, delay ripple is less than 30ps, the fiber grating reflection spectrum of small flatness 0.25dB,FBG very suitable long-distance range optical communication system.
