摘要
泰州长江公路大桥是国内外首座千米级双主跨三塔悬索桥,综述该桥上部结构安装施工的技术方案。中塔主索鞍由钢塔柱节段起吊安装设备吊装,边塔主索鞍、散索鞍采用门架悬臂式起吊系统安装;猫道为四跨连续形式,主跨猫道承重索采用托架法空中间接架设;主缆索股采用双线往复式牵引系统和门架拽拉式牵引方式施工,主缆紧缆完成后,根据主缆空缆线形进行索夹坐标计算,根据计算的坐标进行索夹的放样和安装。主缆用S形钢丝缠绕,然后进行涂装防护;钢箱梁利用液压提升跨缆吊机,采用小节段吊装方案进行吊装作业。
Taizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is the first two main span and triple tower suspension bridge with main span length each up to 1 000-m scale at home and abroad. The construction schemes for installation of the superstructure,of the Bridge are summarized. In the construction of the superstructure, the cable saddle on the intermediate tower was lifted and in- stalled by the lifting equipment for installation of the blocks of the steel towers, the cable saddles on the side towers and the splay cable saddles were lifted and installed by the cantilever portal frame lifting system. A catwalk for erection of the superstructure is a continuous structure of four spans. The supporting cables of the catwalk over the main spans were erected in air in indirect way by the bracketing method. The steel wire strands for the main cables were erected by the two-line to-and-fro hauling system and the portal frame hauling way. After the main cables were compacted, the coordinates of the cable bands were calculated according to the geometry of the unloaded main cables and the construction setting-out and installation of the cable bands were carried out according to the calculated coordinates. The main cables were wrapped with the S-shape steel wires and were then coated for corrosion protection. The steel box girder was lifted and e- rected block by block by the hydraulic crane supported on the two main cables.
