摘要
为了解决甘肃酒泉千万千瓦风电基地大规模风电并网难题,缓解电网运行、调度和电力市场管理的压力,文中从风电场的实际情况出发,提出了风电预测预报系统的总体方案,对建设风电预测预报系统方案中的数据采集、风能预测预报和风电预测预报模式进行了研究,提出了将多种预测方法结合的解决途径。
To solve the difficulty of integrating 10 GW wind power of Jiuquan District into Gansu Power System, relieve operation and dispatch pressure due to a large scale of wind power grid integration, and promote power market management, a practical wind power forecast scheme is proposed. The data collection, wind speed forecast and wind power forecast model are studied, and an integral forecast method is presented.
