摘要
利用正交试验获得磷石膏-粉煤灰-石灰-水泥胶凝体系的优化配合比为m(磷石膏)∶m(生石灰)∶m(水泥)∶m(粉煤灰)=40∶15∶10∶35。并通过XRD、SEM微观分析手段和试件强度探讨了养护制度对胶凝体系性能的影响。结果表明,该胶凝体系在90℃下蒸养10h,然后自然养护,28d抗压强度达36.0MPa,凝结时间正常,耐水性良好。胶凝体系强度随养护温度的升高而增大,尤其在70~90℃,强度增加更明显。90℃下,胶凝体系强度随蒸养时间的增加而增大,此温度下蒸养13h所得制品7d抗压强度达34.1MPa。
An optimum mix ratio of the phosphogypsum-flyash-lime-cement cementitious binder,phosphogypsum: quick lime:cement:flyash equal to 40:15:10:35, was obtained by cross experiment. Through XRD, SEM, and strength measurements, the influence of the curing method on properties of the cementitious binder were analyzed. The results showed that 10 hours steam curing under 90 ℃ and then laboratory environment curing, the 28 d compressive strength reaches 36.0 MPa. The setting time is normal and the water resistance is good. Strength of the binder increases as steam curing temperature increases, especially from 70 % to 90 ℃. Prolonged steam curing at 90℃ can increase the strength of the binder. The 7 d compressive strength of the binder reaches 34.1 MPa under steam cured at 90℃ for 13h.
