摘要
用小麦条锈菌生理小种条中31号,对小麦抗病种质贵农6号和鲁麦17的杂交后代进行抗条锈性遗传分析。结果表明:贵农6号携带1个抗条锈病显性单基因,暂命名为YrGn6。利用分组分析法(BSA),并根据F2抗、感病单株分离比例组建抗感池,从93个SSR引物组合中筛选到1个与抗病基因YrGn6紧密连锁的微卫星标记Xpsp 3 000,遗传距离为3.9 cm;将YrGn6定位于小麦1BS上。分析基因所在染色体的位置及抗病性特征,认为:YrGn6可能是一个新的抗小麦条锈病基因,并可用于分子标记辅助选择。
The cross progeny of Guinong 6 with disease resistance and Lumai 17 with disease susceptibility was inoculated by Tiaozhong 31, a wheat stripe rust physiological race, to analyze the stripe rust resistant heredity of Guinong 6. The results showed that there is a single dominant gene of stripe rust resistance in Guinong 6 and the gene is temporarily named as YrGn6. Xpsp 3000, a microsatellite site closely linked to YrCn6 was selected from 93 SSR primer combinations and its genetic distance was 3.9 em. YrGn6 located on 1BS may be a new stripe rust resistant gene and can be used in supplemental selection of molecular marker based on analyzing its position on chromosome and characteristic of stripe rust resistance.
