摘要
利用2006年从海南三亚引进的M06A为不育源,以骨干自交系y92-1为父本,经杂交和多代回交育成胞质雄性不育系y92-1A及保持系y92-1B,不育株率及不育度均达100%,组配线椒组合杂种优势强,100%恢复,具有较高的利用价值。
Y92-1A (a cytoplasmic male sterility line of pepper) and y92-1B (a maintainer line ) were bred from the cross between M06A(♀)introduced from Sanya × y92-1 (♂), a key self-line after backcross of multiple generations. The sterile plant rate and sterile degree of y92-1A both are up to 100%. y92-1A with strong heterosis and 100% restorer rate is of the high utilization value in pepper breeding.
