摘要
市场经济转型给食品生产与流通带来了机遇,然而,频繁发生的食品安全事故不仅影响食品出口,更多的是危害人民的身体健康。从食品安全现状、食品安全事故产生的原因及特点以及食品安全对农村经济发展等方面进行了分析,并且提出了相应对策建议。
The transition of the market economy provides the chances for food production and circulation. However, the frequent food safety incidences affected not only the food export, hut also damage the health situation of the consumers. This paper analyzed the food safety situation, the reasons and characters of food safety incidences, and the influences of food safety to rural economic development, the related countermeasures and suggestions were also proposed in this paper.
