摘要
针对机床夹具设计中大量使用标准件、通用件的特点,以C#作为开发工具,提出开发基于UG软件的三维标准件库。提出了基于组件的标准件库的网络化体系结构,阐述了标准件三维图形的参数化建模方法,介绍了标准件库的数据库设计技术,并在理论研究的基础上成功开发了三维参数化标准件库系统。该系统减少了设计中大量重复性的工作,简化了设计,提高了效率。
According to characteristics of fixture design, such as the large quantity of categories and higher level of standardization, by taking C# as the developing tool,brought forward a graphic database parameterized system based on UG software. The framework of networked standard part library based on COM is presented, By Using parameterized modeling technique, new solid model and structure scheme is recommended in this article of the standard parts database. Based on these the system of three dimensional parameterized standard part library design is established,which reduces many repeating work in the design, and simplifies the design and improves the efficiency.
