摘要
设计了电动机保护器,给出了硬件设计和数据处理原理。以DSP及周边电路组成的电动机保护器,集测量、保护、监控于一体,具备完善的网络通信功能,可与接触器等电器元件构成完善的电动机保护和起动控制设备,限制起动电流以达到节能目的,最大限度地保证设备运行的可靠性与安全性。
Motor protector was designed, hardware design principle and data processing principle given. Periphery circuits composed of DSP and motor protector integrated measurement, protection and monitoring together with complete net communication function, which can be with contactor etc electrical appliance element to configurate complete motor protection and start control equipment and to limit starting current so as to achieve energy-saving aim, maximally assuring reliability and safety of equipment operation.
