摘要
采用过氧乙酸现场环氧化技术,合成一系列具有不同环氧值的液体环氧化聚丁二烯,详细地研究了反应温度、时间、催化剂等诸多因素对环氧化反应的影响,并首次通过开环几率和双键的反应程度阐述了环氧化反应的规律。
A series of liquid polybutadiene epoxidc (LPB) with various epoxy value havebeen synthesized with the help of epoxidation by peracctic acid in situ.. and the in-flueences of many factors such as the catalysts uscd, the reaction temperature and the re-action time. upon thcse cpoxidation rcactions are studied in dctail. For the first time, thelaws governing thcse epoxidation rcactions are explaincd by the reaction cxtent of thedouble bond and thc ring opening probahility.
