钻井液废水电晕-生化协同治理研究 被引量:4

摘要 油气田勘探开发过程中产生大量的钻井废液,由于其含有大量复杂的高分子化合物、油、酚类和表面活性剂等,难于生化降解,目前单纯采用常规方法不仅费用较高而且很难达到治理达标排放的目的。将电晕技术应用于钻井废水并协同生化处理可以达到非常好的效果。实验研究表明:当放电电极间距为4.0cm、脉冲电压峰值为35kV、放电频率为45Hz时,对预处理的钻井液废水进行连续120min脉冲电晕放电处理,钻井液废水中的CODcr有很大程度的降低,且可生化降解性增强;再经过ASBR生化间歇反应器进行协同处理后,可将CODcr为4897.36mg/L、BOD5为346.73mg/L的钻井液废水CODcr、BOD5降低到150mg/L和20mg/L以下,实现高效快速治理达标排放的目的。 Much waste liquids are produced during the exploration and development process in the oil and gas field and there are lots polymers,oil,suspended solids,chloride,phenols and surfactants in the waste liquids which are difficult to biodegrade,so it is hard to treat the waste water to meet the disposal standards and the costs is also very high just by the present simply conventional methods.However,the effect is very good by applying the corona technology and synergistic biochemical treatment to deal with the drilling waste water.Experiment shows that when the distance between the electrodes is set to 4.0 cm and the pulse voltage peak value is 35 kV and the electrical frequency is 45 Hz,the CODcr of the waste liquids would decrease sharply after continual corona discharge about 120 min and then the water could be easily biodegraded.Moreover,by the co-treatment with biochemical batch reactor ASBR,the previous CODcr(4 897.36 mg/L) and BOD5(346.73 mg/L) could be decrease to less than 150 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively and then to meet the industrial standard.
