摘要
目前广泛使用的各种液位传感器原理众多,但在解决某些特定问题时均有其不足之处。基于发热体在液体和气体中换热系数的显著差异,提出了一种阵列式铂电阻液位传感器的原理方案,进行了理论分析并用铂电阻进行了实验研究。结果表明:利用这种阵列式液位传感器可以有效地实现液位测量,通过简单的参数设定,即可适用于各种不同液体的液位测量。
Liquid level sensors that are used currently are based on many different theories, but they all have weak points when facing some special situations. With the difference of the heat transfer coefficient between liquid and gas,a new liquid level sensor based on an array of platinum resistors has been developed. The theoretical analysis and experimental results are introduced. The analysis and experiments show that the liquid level measurement based on this sensor is accurate and effective. The sensor can work well in different kinds of liquid after adjusting some parameters.
