摘要
在常温静水条件下,探讨了3种常用水产消毒剂〔碘制剂(聚维酮碘制剂和氯制剂)对菲牛蛭幼体的急性毒性作用。试验用幼蛭的平均体重为0.21(±0.02)g。试验过程中水体pH值为7.2(±0.5),DO值为6.14(±1.38)mg/L,水温为21.14(±3.01)℃。结果表明,幼蛭对3种消毒剂的敏感性依次为:碘制剂>聚维酮碘制剂>氯制剂;其安全浓度(SC)大小依次为:氯制剂>聚维酮碘制剂>碘制剂,分别为0.009、0.003和0.002 mL/L。通过比较3种消毒剂认为,氯制剂和聚维酮碘制剂是幼蛭培育中较理想的消毒药物,但使用时要准确掌握用量。
In this experiment, the acute toxicity test of three aquatic sterilants on juvenile of the leech, Hirudinaria manillensis Lesson,1842 were carried out indoors. The average weight of juvenile leech was 0.21 (±0.02) g. The pH value was 7.2 (±0.5), DO value was 6.14 (±1.38) mg/L and the water temperature was 21.14 (±3.01)℃. The results showed that the sensitivity of juvenile leeches to three aquatic sterilants above could be as follow: iodide preparation〉povidone iodide〉chlorine preparation, and the safety concentration (SC): chlorine preparation〉povidone iodide〉iodide preparation, which was 0.009,0.003, and 0.002 mL/L respectively. In conclusion, chlorine preparation and povidone iodide were the optimal drugs in preventing and curing disease of juvenile leech of Hirudinaria manillensis Lesson,1842, but which would be used with reasonable dose.
