摘要
结合近年来在聚乙烯紫外光引发交联及其工业应用研究的系统工作,评述了该领域的研究进展和取得的主要突破性成果,简要介绍了聚乙烯本体光交联的强化引发体系和光交联机理。最后还介绍了光交联聚乙烯电力电缆的绝缘材料和产品的性能指标以及新的进展。
This paper reviewed the research development and breaking-through achievements in the field of PE crosslinking by UV irradiation and its application in the industry, based on the systematic researches made in this field in recent years. It outlined the intensified initiating system for irradiation-crosslinking of polyethylene base polymer, mechanism of irradiation-crosslinking and the property index of the insulation and cable in irradiated XLPE insulated power cables.
