摘要
用二乙基三胺五乙酸二酐和二氯磷酸-O-(1-氧-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇酯)与多甘醇共缩聚,制得一系列三元共聚物配体及其钆(Ⅲ)配合物.表征了配体和配合物的化学结构,并测试了部分配合物的弛豫效能.
A new series of spin labeled phosphate polyglycol DTPA ester terpolymer ligands and their Gd(Ⅲ) complexes were prepared by terpolymerization of diethylene triamine pentaacetic dianhydride(DTPAA),O (1 oxyl 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidyl) phosphoric acid dichloride with diethylene glycol,triethylene glycol or tetraethylene glycol,and followed by metal complexation. The chemical structures of these ligands and Gd(Ⅲ) complexes were characterized by 1 H NMR,IR,ESR and EA.The longitudinal relaxility of some of these Gd(Ⅲ) complexes were also measured.
