摘要
根据生产需要,为满足采矿工艺要求,在一定程度上通过及时排水来提高充填料浆浓度可降低充填作业的风险。文中对矿山水泥-分级尾砂充填料浆进行沉降测试,根据测得的试验参数,得到各种情况下沉降参量的变化趋势线,分析了沉降参量随浓度、配比的变化规律。充填时若能够及时将料浆上部泌出的清水从采空区排出,则能够加快料浆凝结硬化速度,从而减小充填挡墙所受的侧向静水压力,可为安全采矿和减少采充接续时间提供保障。
According to the needs of mining production and for meeting the requirements of mining technology, the filling work risk can be reduced by way of drain to improve the filling slurry consistency. In this paper,the setting property of cement - classified tailings backfill slurry has been tested, according to test parameters, the trend curve of setting property under all kinds of conditions, the change laws of settling property with consistency and mix proportion have been analyzed. For offering safety guarantee to mining and reducing cease time by use of effective drain measure to make water from settlement could be discharged and speed up the setting and hardening of the slurry, consequently the static water pressure on retaining wall could be decreased.
