摘要
电动执行器是自动化系统中大量使用的一种执行部件.随着信息技术和自动化技术的发展,对电动执行机构的性能要求不断提高,要求电动执行机构的更高的控制精度以及具有网络通信功能.本文针对电动执行器的控制难点介绍了一种具有PROFIBUS-DP现场总线从站接口智能电动执行器的结构原理和软硬件设计,提出了一种基于模糊专家规则的智能控制算法,应用于电动执行机构的控制.实验表明本装置设计方案的有效.
The electronic actuator is a kind of widely used in automatic control system as a terminal component. With the development of information technology and automation technology, electronic actuator is required to provide higher performance, with higher precision and network communication function. After analyzing the difficulties of electronic actuator control, the principle, structure, hardware design and software design of a kind of intelligent electronic actuator with PROFIBUS-DP slave station interface are presented. A fuzzy expert rules based intelligent control algorithm is proposed, and applied to electronic actuator control, the experiment results show the effectiveness of the equipment design.
