摘要
[目的]总结经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗肾结石的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析43例经皮肾镜碎石取石术病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均顺利完成经皮肾镜碎石取石术,术后出血4例,无一例死亡。[结论]加强经皮肾镜碎石取石术的围术期护理有利于并发症的防治。
Objective：To summarize the nursing measures for renal calculus patients undergoing percataneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL）. Methods： Clinical data of a total of 43 renal calculus patients undergoing percataneous nephro- lithotomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients have completed operation successfully. Four cases complicated with postoperative hemorrhage. None of them＇died. Conclusions：To strengthen the perioperative care of patients undergoing percataneous nephrolithotomy is profit for prevention of complications for them
