摘要
目的探讨慢性正己烷中毒对中枢神经系统的损害。方法对28例临床诊断为正己烷中毒的患者进行脑电图检测,并随机选取30例健康成年人作为对照组。结果正己烷中毒组有24例患者存在不同程度脑电图异常,占检测总数的85.7%,正常对照组中2例轻度异常(6.7%),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论正己烷不但可以导致周围神经系统损害,亦可能导致中枢神经系统功能损害。
[ Objective] To investigate the central nervous system damage caused by chronic n-hexane poisoning. [ Methods] EEG testing was performed on 28 cases of clinically diagnosed n-hexane poisoning, 30 healthy adults were selected as control group. [ Results] 24 patients in n-hexane poisoning group had varying degrees of EEG abnormalities, occupied 85.7% of total cases; 2 cases in control group had slight abnormalities（6.7% }, the difference between 2 groups was significant（P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] N-hexane can not only result in damage to peripheral nervous system, but also may lead to central nervous system dysfunction
