摘要
目的了解北京市朝阳区宾馆饭店集中空调系统细菌污染状况,对存在的卫生问题提出相应对策。方法调查该区内42家三星级以上宾馆饭店集中空调系统,检测细菌总数,送风口使用空气撞击法,通风管道使用涂抹法。结果共采集样品262件,合格率82.4%。其中送风口空气样品的合格率69.4%,风管涂抹样品合格率99.1%,二者合格率差异有统计学意义。三、四、五星级宾馆集中空调系统细菌总数合格率分别为:82.4%、79.0%、88.2%,其合格率差异无统计学意义。结论应加强空调系统冷凝盘管、过滤网的定期清洗消毒,加大对宾馆饭店的监督和监测力度。
[ Objective ] To investigate bacteria contamination of central air conditioning system in Chaoyang District's hotels and restaurants, and put forward countermeasures for existed problem. [Methods] Totally 42 three stars and more advanced hotels and restaurants were chosen and the index of total bacterial count of central air conditioning system facilities were investigated, air strike method and smear method were adopted in supply-air outlet and ventilation tube. [ Results] Totally 262 samples were collected, qualified rate was 82.4%, among which qualified rate in supply-air outlet was 69.4%, that in ventilation tube was 99.1%, the difference between them was significant. The qualified rate of total bacterial count of hotels with three, four, five-star level was 82.4%, 79.0%, 88.2% respectively, the differences were not significant. [ Conclusion] It is suggested that measures should be taken to strengthen periodic cleaning and disinfection for condensing coil, filters of central air conditioning system, and monitoring and supervision should be enhanced too.
