摘要
利用均匀试验设计方法考察了纳米锌作为自修复添加剂在HQ-1摩擦体系中的自修复性能;利用SPSS统计软件对试验结果进行了回归分析,建立了自修复性能与载荷、转速、纳米锌含量、修复时间之间的数学模型;用带有能谱仪(EDS)的扫描电子显微镜分析了修复前后环块的表面形貌。结果表明,所建立的回归模型能够揭示自修复体系主要影响因素的相互作用规律,量化排序各影响因素的重要程度,指导确立最佳修复工况。
A friction and wear test was performed to evaluate the self-repairing behavior of nanometer zinc additive in wear system of HQ-1 wear machine by using the uniform design method. The regression analysis of friction and wear test results was carried out by Windows SPSS statistics software. Thus a mathematical model was established to correlate automatic restoration capability with load, slide velocity, concentration and repairing time. The surface morphologies of test blocks before and after repaired under different test conditions were observed on a scanning electron microscope. It was found that the regression formulae could reveal the interaction rule in the main factors of the self-repairing system, order and quantify the impact of important factors, guide the establishment of the best condition of repairing work.
