摘要
采用液相共混的方法制备了ZSM-5分子筛填充硅橡胶膜,并通过其在乙醇/水溶液中的溶胀实验,考察了制得的填充膜在乙醇/水溶液中的溶胀特性,讨论了不同ZSM-5分子筛填充量、乙醇/水质量分数及不同温度等因素对ZSM-5分子筛填充硅橡胶膜的溶胀度和溶胀选择因子的影响.
Polydimethysiloxane (PDMS) membranes filled with ZMS- 5 zeolite were prepared by solution blending method. The swelling characteristics of the zeolite filled PDMS membranes dipped in ethanol - water solutions were investigated by a series of experiments. The effects of the filled content of ZSM - 5 zeolit, the ratio of ethanol water, and temperature on swelling ratios (SR) and swelling selectivity factors (as) of the ZMS - 5 zeolite filled PDMS membranes were discussed.
