摘要
目的探讨地震灾害大批量群体伤事件时,有效、快捷的院内急救方法。方法回顾性分析"5.12"地震发生后,我院应用院内急救"A管理模式"在危重地震伤员救治中的效果。结果应用院内急救"A管理模式"救治623例急危重伤员,存活620例,死亡3例,抢救成功率99.51%,与急诊抢救质量标准中的危重病抢救成功率相比较,差异有显著性意义(u=11.97,P<0.01)。结论大批量群体伤事件发生时,应用"A管理模式"救治危重伤员,是有效、快捷的院内急救方法。
Objective To investigate efficient and effective way for the hospital emergency rescue in massive injuries wounded during an earthquake. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the seismic survival rate of the critically injured patients after ＂5 . 12＂ earthquake. The efficiency of ＂A management model＂ for the hospital emergency rescue of the seismic injuries was investigated. Results Totally, ＂A management model＂ was carried out to rescue 623 cases critically injured patients ,in which 620 cases were survived,3 cases were died, the success rate was 99. 51%. Comparing the survival rate of the seism critically injured patients with those of the standard emergency treated critically ill patients, the survival rate was significant high （ u = 11.97 ,P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion At the moment of the incident of massive injuries wounded during an earthquake, application of the hospital emergency ＂A management model＂ is an efficient and effective way for the hospital emergency rescue of the critically injured patients.
