摘要
通过合金制备、微观分析和力学性能测试等方法,研究了稀土元素Y对AZ91D镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,适量Y的加入使AZ91D镁合金的组织明显细化,同时析出了Al2Y化合物。经固溶处理后,随着Y含量增加,铸态和固溶态的布氏硬度值基本呈先升后降的趋势。Y含量为0.48%的合金固溶硬度值几乎与原AZ91D合金的硬度值相当。
The effects of yttrium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy were investigated by alloy preparation, microstructure analysis and mechanical properties testing. The results indicate that a suitable amount of yttrium in the alloys can obviously refine the microstructure of AZ91D magnesium, At the same time, the AIzY phases are precipitated. After solution treatment, with the increase of yttrium content, the Brinell hardness of the alloy as-cast and as-solid-solution raises first and then drops. When Y content is up to 0.48% in the alloy, the Brinell hardness of solid solution condition mostly is equal to that of original AZ91D magnesium alloy.
