摘要
针对放顶煤液压支架ZF6400/20/32,利用SOLIDWORKS2008建立三维参数化模型;在对其合理简化的基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench针对液压支架3种较危险工况:顶梁偏载、顶梁扭转、底座扭转进行强度有限元分析。根据相关主体结构件的位移和应力分布特点,对支架原设计提出合理化建议,为优化支架结构提供参考依据。
