摘要
建立了基于成本分析的在线调度加工参数优化模型,给出了处理不同批次工件的调度规则,利用遗传算法在调度的同时选择合适的加工参数,最终达到总成本最小的目标。利用某加工企业的实际算例验证了模型的合理性及算法的有效性。计算结果可知:提出的模型和算法确实能有效地实现成本控制。
A machining parameter optimization model for on-line scheduling based on cost analysis was built. A rule is presented for different batches scheduling to optimize machining parameters during the scheduling with genetic algorithm in order to minimize the whole cost. The rationality of the model and validity of the algorithm is verified with an example of a corporation. The result shows that the model and algorithm presented are better for cost control.
