摘要 对于采用转臂式轴箱定位的动车来说,橡胶转臂定位节点的可靠性关系着动车的平稳性和运行安全性,特别是速度350 km/h的高速动车。在前期设计中必须对橡胶节点的抗疲劳性能和强度进行特别的关注,针对方案设计中缺乏节点实测载荷谱的情况,通过雨流计数法和动力学仿真的方法形成了一个典型工况的转臂节点载荷谱。在详细分析了动车结构特点的基础上,建立了350 km/h高速动车动力学模型,对轴箱结构进行了详细的建模,充分考虑了转臂结构及定位节点的刚度特性。结合京津城际铁路的线路特点提出了一种典型工况的组合方法,采用京津实测轨道谱对高速动车在典型工况的动力学性能进行了仿真,并得到了组合工况下转臂节点受力的数据样本。基于Matlab软件编制了雨流计数法程序,通过对典型工况样本进行的数据统计,得到了可用于疲劳分析的节点载荷谱。 To the motor car which adopted the tumbler journal box orientation method, the ride index and the running safety of the motor car has a big relation with the reliability of the rubber tumbler journal box node, especially for the high - speed motor car with the speed of 350 km/h. The special attention should put on the anti - fatigue performance and the intensity of the nlbber node during the pre - design of the motor car. Aimed to the condition of without real measured load spectrum, the load spectrum of the tumbler node of the high - speed motor car with a typical case was put forward according to the rain - flow count method and dynamic simulation. The dynamic simulation model of the 350 km/h high - speed motor car was set up based on the real structure and suspension parameters. The tumbler journal box was setup in detail and the tumbler structure and the tumbler node stiffness character was also considered. The typical case of the motor car was put forward according to the real condition of the Jingjin inter city high - speed track. The dynamic simulation of the high - speed motor car was carried out with the real measured track irregularity and acquired the sample data of the force history of the tumbler node under the typical case. The load spectrum of the tumbler node was formed by the sample data through the rainflow count method in the environment of Maflab.
