摘要 诺丁斯的关怀理论为我国高校学生管理工作提出了一种全新的研究视角,借鉴其理论,关注学生的个体成长,把关心纳入高校学生管理工作的内容中,注重道德情感的激发,提高教师的关心素养,促进高校学生管理工作的发展。 Noddings＇s care theory provide a brand new vision for Chinese college management work. This theory concerns students＇s development by emerging care into the frame of management work of col- lege students. In that case, the emotion will be stimulated Teachers＇ equality of caring should be devel- oped along with the development of management of college students.
