茄子黄萎病拮抗细菌B_1的筛选 被引量:4

摘要 从茄子黄萎病发生严重田块的健株根围土壤中取样,分离出4种对茄黄萎轮枝菌(Verticiliumalboatrum)有抑制作用的细菌。采用划线法在PDA平板上选出对致病菌生长具有明显抑制作用的拮抗细菌B1。培养时间、培养温度对该细菌的拮抗性有很大的影响,在金氏培养液中,30℃振荡培养36h,B1细菌过滤液对致病菌的拮抗性最强,相当于018mg/mL的多菌灵溶液。B1细菌还有延缓致病菌孢子萌发和抑制孢子萌发的特性。 Four strains of bacterium which inhibited Verticillium albo-atrum had been screened from eggplant fields. The strain B 1 had obvious inhibition to the pathogen. The antagonistic action of the bacterium B 1 was further tested, the yield of antagonist was affected by temperature and culturing time.The highest inhibiting effect to the pathogen was obtained by culture of King's medium. The inhibition action equaled to 0.18 mg/mL of carbendazim under the condition of 30℃, 36 h by vibrating culture. The antaginist could delay the spores germination of pathogen.
