摘要
HNPC-A3061,即4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-1-((2-氯乙氧基)甲基)-5-三氟甲基吡咯-3-甲腈,是由湖南化工研究院开发的吡咯类新型杀虫杀螨剂。采用农药生物技术在室内测定了新化合物HNPC-A3061对几种害虫和害螨的生物活性,试验结果表明,HNPC-A3061是一个高效广谱的新化合物,对多种害虫及害螨具有很好的防效。对鳞翅目害虫粘虫、小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾的LC50值分别为25.45、46.02和51.13mg/L;对同翅目的稻黑尾叶蝉和蚕豆蚜的LC50值分别为>400和24.65mg/L;对鞘翅目稻水象甲的LC50值为1.19mg/L,对玉米象3d和10d的LC50值分别为27.53mg/L和2.16mg/L;对双翅目的家蝇成虫LD50值为0.2169μg/虫,对家蝇幼虫的LC50值为70.96mg/L;对蜱螨目棉红蜘蛛的LC50值为2.63mg/L。
HNPC-A3061, 4-bromo-1-[(2-chloroethoxy) methyl]-2-(4-chlomphenyl)-5-(trifluommethyl)-1H-pyrrole-3- carbonilrile is a novel pyrrole insecticides and acaricides discovered in China. The bioactivity of HNPC-A3061 to several insects and mites was tested in the laboratory using insecticide bioassay techniques. The results showed that HNPC-A3061 was a novel compound with high efficiency and broad spectrum properties, which posses excellent control effects on many insect and mite pests. The LC50 value of HNPC-A3061 against the lepidopterous insects such as oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata), diamondback moth (Pluttella xylostella ) and tobacco caterpillar (Spodoptera litura) were 25.45, 46.02 and 51.13 mg/L at 24 h after treatment, respectively; the LC50 value against homopterous insects such as green rice leafhopper (Nephotettix cincticeps) and been aphids (Aphisfabae Scopoli.) were more than 400 and 24.65 mg/L at 48 h after treatment, respectively; the LC5o value against coleoptera insects such as rice water weevil (Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus) was 1.19 mg/L at 72 h after treatment, against maize weevil (Sitophilus zeamais) were 27.53 and 2.16 mg/L at 3 d and 10 d after treatment, respectively; the LC50 value against diptera insects such as larvae and adults of house fly (Musca domestica) were 70.96 mg/L and 0.216 9 μg/inseet, respectively; the LC50 value against acarina mite such as two spotted spider (Tetranychus urticae) was 2.63 mg/L.
