不同电磁环境电路辐照效应比较研究

摘要 为了研究混响室和GTEM室电磁环境效应的相关性,分别在混响室和GTEM室中用连续波对同一敏感电路进行电磁辐照,测试电路的干扰阈值,统计分析实验数据,绘出混响室和GTEM室中电路干扰阈值的最小值、最大值和平均值随频率的变化曲线。据此,对混响室和GTEM室辐照效应的相关性进行分析,结果表明:混响室中电路干扰阈值最小值和GTEM室中电路干扰阈值最小值变化趋势一致,两者具有较好的相关性,而干扰阈值的最大值相关性较差,干扰阈值平均值的相关性介于最大值和最小值的相关性之间。 In order to study the correlation of the electromagnetic environment effect in a reverberation chamber and a GTEM cell,an electromagnetic radiation to a sensitive circuit is carried out by using continuous wave in a reverberation chamber and a GTEM cell. The interference threshold of the circuit is measured. The experiment data are statistically analyzed. The change curve of the minimum, maximum and average of the interference threshold of the circuit in the reverberation chamber and the GTEM cell with the frequency is plotted. Hereby an analysis of the correlation of the radiation effect in the reverberation chamber and the GTEM cell is done. The result shows that the change trend of the minimum of the interference threshold of the circuit in the reverberation chamber and the GTEM cell is uniform,that they have a better correlation,that the correlation of the maximum of the interference threshold is worse, and the correlation of the average of the interference threshold is between that of the minimum and the maximum.
